Joseph Frederick and Sons installed our new HVAC system. It didn’t work as expected, but they were committed to making us happy! They certainly went above and beyond to make sure the new equipment was working properly and that everything in our old house was done correctly (which of course it wasn’t!). Their dedication and professionalism was wonderful. In addition, their service techs are wonderful. They know what they’re doing, and are very friendly and willing to answer questions.

We are always happy with Joseph Frederick and Sons service. Their electricians so quality work and are so thorough and professional. They are our go to for honest, and hard working professionals!

Tim did a fantastic job today. He diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it efficiently. He was very knowledgeable and professional. This company has done plumbing and HVAC work on our home and we could not speak more highly of them.
